Introduces 3G Mobile Broadband and Wireless-N Router at an affordable price

Kuwait, November 12, 2009: Future Communications Company (FCC), the authorized distributor of Nokia phones and accessories, announced that it has opened a new retail outlet at Al-Bairaq Mall in Al Egaila area, south of Kuwait, thus increasing its network in the State of Kuwait governorates up to 35 outlets. The company also plans by the 20th of the current month to launch a 3G Mobile Broadband and Wireless-N Router compatible with modern mobile phones.

Future Communications Company (FCC), Public Relations and Media Manager Ibtesam Sultan said: "The new outlet features the latest products and accessories related to Nokia phones and it also exclusively introduces wireless networking Router, which is unique for its dual functionality as it allows choosing between 3G Mobile Broadband and Wireless-N. This device is also quick and cost-effective substitute for fixed DSL/cable line. It is also OS- independent and suitable for Windows and Mac users".

She also said that: "The new outlet was positioned as part of an elaborate geographic expansion plan in highly populated areas to provide the company services to various community segments". Ms. Sultan explained that: "Future of Communications outlet in Al-Bairaq Mall gives visitors the opportunity to inquire about the company's services with staff specialist technicians, who received a high level of professional training at the Future Training Center in Kuwait". She added: The outlet visitors can "take advantage of the bills payment service, or start new GSM phone lines, either pre-paid under a post payment plan". She said: The outlet has a "e-charge device" for automatic charging which is a small hand-held device to recharge all types of prepaid cards in the State of Kuwait. This is rather an alternative concept for prepaid plastic and paper cards, which makes it possible for mobile phones distributors in Kuwait to stop selling prepaid traditional cards if they decide to buy a similar device".

Ms. Sultan said that: "Despite the global financial crisis, Future Communications Company (FCC) had opened 7 outlets since last year, referring to the company's desire to open other outlets in the next few months". She noted that: "Future Communications Company is trying, through these outlets opened so far in Kuwait, to meet the notable demand by customers for their products, stressing that the market situation is not as bad as some parties are trying to reflect. Ms. Sultan urged citizens and residents alike to consider careful spending on various goods and services because this is the exemplary approach in the development of the country's economy and development".

She added that: "The Company is currently providing "Quick Service" for Nokia phones maintenance through ten showrooms in the governorates of Kuwait. Phones are examined by a team of professionals noting that replacement phone service is also available upon maintenance in certain cases. She indicated that the Quick Service provided by the Company is provided into three types: Type I and II covering the simple malfunction that can be dealt with through the Quick Service centers listed, where there are phones are repaired within an hour, while the third type failures are sent to the "MCC" Care Center in Dajeej area, which usually does not exceed a three day repair period".
