Dubai, September 10, 2014 - Fujitsu will attend the GITEX Technology Week in Dubai for the second time (October 12-16 at stand B3-3). Under the theme "Document & Digitise: Free Knowledge" the European market leader in document scanners will showcase a broad range of Fujitsu capture solutions. The spotlight will be on the new portable ScanSnap iX100 with built-in Wi-Fi connectivity and battery for truly mobile scanning. Another GITEX launch will be a new fi Series scanner. With the "Imaging Village" area, Fujitsu will also offer ISV partners a platform to present imaging solutions for the vertical markets such as finance, healthcare, government, education, legal, utilities, logistics and manufacturing.
Fujitsu's GITEX theme "Document & Digitise: Free Knowledge" highlights the opportunities in the document management market as businesses look to free information from paper and other document types. Fujitsu will show comprehensive imaging solutions that answer this need by turning paper documents into useful and valuable information that can be shared and accessed anywhere and anytime. The exhibits range from the best selling fi Series scanners for desktop, workgroups and production environments and the ScanSnap product line of personal document scanners to the ScanPartner solutions for the entry-level offering cost-effective high performance.
