Developer currently showcasing mega project at Cityscape 2006

Falconcity of Wonders, an ambitious falcon shaped tourist and recreational city being set up within Dubailand beside the Emirates road and Al Ain road, has awarded an AED 30 million contract for the earth works of the project to Abu Dhabi-based Ghantoot Transport and General Contracting Establishment. The developer is currently participating at Cityscape 2006, being held from 4-6 December at the Dubai International Exhibition Centre, where it is showcasing the entire project to prospective investors and end-users. Under the terms of the contract, Ghantoot will undertake the complete site leveling of the project.

Falconcity of Wonders is a unique, purpose-built community project featuring structures based on the architectural wonders of the world, such as the Pyramids, the Hanging Gardens of Babylon, the Eiffel Tower, the Taj Mahal, the Great Wall of China, the Leaning Tower of Pisa, and the Lighthouse of Alexandria. In addition, the project comprises villas, apartments, shopping malls, hotels, restaurants, health clubs, schools, and parks.

Falconcity of Wonders recently launched the Central Park Towers, modeled after the towers surrounding New York City's world-famous Central Park. The park includes 1 million square feet of green and open areas. Moreover, there will be 24 towers with dedicated car parking facilities, which will be strategically located to ensure easy access for residents and visitors.
