In the light of the efforts of the Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI) to develop its services and provide proactive services that exceed the expectations of its members and enhance their contribution to economic development, the Ajman Chamber organized a brainstorming session to discuss opportunities to improve the service environment and launch quality initiatives that lead to the happiness of customers.

The session was chaired by Abdullah Omar Al Marzouqi, Executive Director of the Membership Transactions and Legal Services at the Ajman Chamber. The session was attended by Eman Al Shamsi, Director of the Development and Innovation Department at the Ajman Chamber, Fatima Al-Awadi, Director of the Technology Projects and Smart Services Department at the Ajman Chamber, Abdullah Abdul Mohsen Al Nuaimi, Director of Member Relations and Support Department, and employees from all the Ajman Chamber’s departments participated in the at the Ajman Center for Entrepreneurship.

At the beginning of the session, Abdullah Al Marzouqi stressed that the Ajman Chamber is keen to improve the experience of customers and provide an attractive business environment featured with competitiveness and flexibility in providing services in order to enable its member establishments, especially small and medium enterprises (SMEs), to upgrade their businesses and develop their activities and support their pioneering role in supporting a diversified future economy.

Based on its annual plan for 2023, he explained that the Ajman Chamber adopts a wide range of brainstorming sessions with a view to enhancing employee interaction and involving them in developing services, exchanging views, and monitoring creative and innovative ideas on best practices that support the quality of services and the happiness of customers.

The session reviewed all the Ajman Chamber's services, including "membership services, certificates of origin, attestation services, legal services, services of the Ajman Conciliation and Arbitration Center, and services of the Ajman Businesswomen Council" with the aim of discussing ways to develop and upgrade them, so that the session’s outputs received a wide range of ideas and proposals, which will be studied and opportunities to benefit from them discussed.

The attendees praised the importance of the brainstorming session and its role in generating creative ideas and proposals that enhance the quality of services and improve the work environment to enrich the customer experience by relying on the best local and external practices.
