Partnership to utilize eFM's unique eco-friendly system: 'Mabanina'
Dubai, 8 September 2016: Etisalat Facilities Management (EFM) - one of the region's leading facility management providers - signed multiple strategic alliances with luxury real estate developers in Dubai - whereby EFM will induce GO GREEN technology within the luxury real estate projects to set up precedence of efficient energy management in the industry. The agreement will incorporate eFM's unique 'Mabanina' environmental initiative into facility management of all new projects.
The multi-million Dirham strategic alliance was signed at City Scape 2016 by Ali Hassan Harmoodi, General Manager, EFM and Dr. Abdulla Al-Khanbashi, Chairman, LLI in the presence of United Nation Delegates who attended City Scape as the missionaries for GO GREEN ENERGY.
EFM uses state of the art technology and methods to provide a range of facility management services including, both hard and soft facility services, critical facility management, health and safety services and IT solutions. Ali Hassan Harmoodi, General Manager, eFM added: "Etisalat Facilities Management is delighted to enter this partnership with LLI. eFM' s unique eco-friendly initiative for facilities management - 'Mabanina' - will be an integral aspect of the agreement. Harmoodi added: "Mabanina is a unique initiative pioneered by eFM. It integrates energy and water efficiency into facility management, benefiting both the environment and business efficiency by reducing waste and maintenance costs. Our eco-friendly approach not only provides sustainable business growth, but is also in line with the UAE's commitment to reducing our carbon footprint."
As part of City Scape 2016, eFM will be hosting seminars on each day of the event. The focus of the seminars will be on global and local energy management trends and will involve a talk by eFM's Technology Director, Mr. Omar Rawashdeh, followed by workshops. City Scape 2016 will take place from 6 to 8 September at Dubai World Trade Centre.
