Customers praise the initiative and reveal satisfaction
Dubai - Emirates Telecommunications Corporation - Etisalat- Dubai customers have praised the good initiative of extending the working hours of Dubai business centers and the high-quality customer care Etisalat Dubai has achieved.
Etisalat started to apply the new system since middle of November 2005 in six of its business centers in Dubai, the new policy has proven a huge success according to the positive feedbacks from satisfied customers visiting the business centers.
Latifa Fekri, Manager Sales and Business Development, Etisalat Dubai Region said: "The new policy of extending the working hours at these business centers is part of Etisalat's new strategy that aims to put customer service on the top of its priorities."
Latifa also indicated that on the other hand, Etisalat constantly attempts to develop its technical infrastructure all over the UAE to match the highest level international standards as well as its customer service accordingly.
She also added that the satisfaction Etisalat customers have expressed in the matter of new working hours pleased Etisalat and encouraged it to offer even more services and facilities to meet all practical needs of individuals and corporate in the UAE.
It's worth mentioning that new working hours at Business Centres are open from 8am to 6pm, while the Business Centre in the main Etisalat building in Deira remains open from 8am till 8pm.
The new working hours will apply Saturday through Wednesday. Working hours on Thursdays will remain the same- 8am to 1:00pm.
The six business centers of Etisalat Dubai region cover the major areas of Dubai including Deira, Baraha, Al Wasl, Al Twar, Jebel Ali and Hatta. Etisalat constantly adds to the number of business centers and cash payment machines across the country to bring its services as close to the customer as possible.
