Dubai, UAE, April 30, 2008 - Shaikh Maktoum Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, presented the Dubai Quality Appreciation Programme award to Ahmed Abdullah Ahmad Al Ghurair, Director, ETA Ascon Star Group, and Dr. Jamil Ahmed, Director, Prime Healthcare Group, at a ceremony held at Grand Hyatt in Dubai yesterday.

The organisations were honoured in three categories: Dubai Quality Award (DQA), Dubai Quality Appreciation Programme (DQAP), and the Gold category. A special appreciation certificate for achieving excellence in the processes criteria was presented for the first time this year.
