Emirates Palace Hotel has announced its preparations to host the first Azimut Bennetti Yachts Gala in the Middle East, which will be held at Emirates Palace's Marina on 19 and 20th November 2011.
This is the first gala to be held outside Europe and the organizers have selected Emirates Palace, amongst other international hospitality brands, due to its reputation, its luxury and most importantly its newly born Marina which is considered to be the most luxurious Marina in the UAE
Mr Bugra Berberoglu, General Manager of Emirates Palace, said, "We are honored to have been selected to host such an important prestigious world class event. Emirates Palace and its Marina will be welcoming the top 500 Yacht owners of the world, coming to that event with their highest expectations about the Palace and Abu Dhabi. He added: "The 5th edition of the Yachts Gala will have the palatial signature of Emirates Palace with the luxury and magnificence of its Marina"
He said that the success of this event, will certainly put Emirates Palace Marina on the world map of being one of the most luxurious Marinas in the world, adding: "We will tailor make our services to fit the unique needs and requirements of this new luxurious sector, to Emirates Palace and to Abu Dhabi."
Emirates Palace Marina has been recently established with over 160 berthing spaces and various yacht sizes, from 12 to 90 meters long; uniquely designed and styled, it declares to be the address of luxury in the yachting world.
Berberoglu added, "We will be commencing the development of the areas behind the Marina where we will have several outlets, shops and a new ballroom. We will also have an Emirates Palace yacht club at the Marina as well as a world class, trendsetting new fitness center".
Azimut Bennetti is the world's largest private group in the yachting sector.
