Jeddah, Saudi Arabia; May 20, 2008: Emaar, The Economic City (Emaar.E.C) will launch the sale of the first homes within Esmeralda Suburb, the first townhouse and golf community in King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC), on May 21, 2008. Customers can choose from a range of three- and four-bedroom villas ranging in size from 300 to 400 sq m at a special sales event being hosted at Hilton Jeddah or at Emaar.E.C's Riyadh Sales Centre from 5pm.

Esmeralda Suburb is a fully integrated neighbourhood with schools, retail centres, health & fitness facilities and a range of leisure amenities. The lifestyle experience offered by Esmeralda Suburb will be highlighted at the festive event in Hilton Jeddah, and will feature leisure activities for families and children.

Spread over 160,000 sq m, Esmeralda Suburb is integrated into a world-class golf course thus offering an unparalleled lifestyle experience for residents. All homes feature elegant gardens, walkways and car parking space. Contracts for Esmeralda Suburb are currently being awarded and work will start soon.
