Emaar International Jordan celebrates grand opening of Samarah Dead Sea Resort

Three low-rise buildings that are part of Rift Apartments completed and handed over
Announces launch of new Rift Apartment building

Amman, Jordan 30 October, 2011: Emaar International Jordan hosted a grand celebration to announce the launch of Building E in the Rift Apartments, which is part of the second phase of Samarah Dead Sea Resort, owned by the Dead Sea Touristic & Real Estate company.

At the ceremony, Emaar International Jordan, the developer of Samarah Dead Sea Resort, marked the handover of three residential complexes - Buildings A, B and C - in the first phase of the Rift Apartments in the integrated development.

Scheduled for completion in 2012, the newly launched Building E will feature only 29 units offering direct sea views, and access to a luxurious beach club and the Rift Retail Village. Work on Buildings D & F - also part of the second phase - is already progressing as per schedule and will be completed shortly.

The Dead Sea Touristic & Real Estate Investment Company is formed by Emaar Properties PJSC along with a group of regional and Jordanian investors. Emaar International Jordan underlined its commitment to the scheduled delivery of the Samarah Dead Sea Resort apartments with a glittering gala dinner attended by the home-owners, potential customers and several VIP guests. The event featured live entertainment and music performance by Lebanese superstar Ragheb Alameh.
