Through its participation in the exhibition, Dream Dubai Marina will offer investment opportunities for the serviced apartments section of the tower. Dream Dubai Marina has just recently been renamed from Marina 101 following the appointment of Dream Hotel as the operator of the development.

Nearly sixty million dirhams have been additionally spent on the interiors since the appointment of the operator.
