70 of Daman's specialized staff will continue to offer corporate clients top-notch services
Daman expects to further enhance current corporate sales services
Abu Dhabi, March 26th, 2009: The National Health Insurance Company, Daman, the leading health insurance company in the region, has inaugurated a designated Corporate Sales Center, located in Al Bateen area, in order to accommodate the growth of its corporate clients.
The Corporate Sales Center will now cater to Daman's corporate clients out of which it insures more than 279,000 members through its enhanced plans and more than 590,000 members through its basic Abu Dhabi plan.
Dr. Michael Bitzer, Daman's Chief Executive, stated during the inauguration ceremony: "Due to the expanding rate of corporate accounts we have taken this strategic step to meet the growth of our corporate sales clients."
Dr. Bitzer, continued, "The Bateen Corporate Sales Center is staffed with over 70 employees specialized in handling corporate accounts and we expect this step to further enhance our current corporate sales services."
The Corporate Sales team at the branch located in the Bateen Area, next to the Abu Dhabi Central Bank will be operative from 8 am to 5 pm.
The inauguration coincided with the conclusion of Daman's Customer Focus Week, where during the week, Daman held a number of internal seminars for its staff revolving around the company's Customer Focus value, professional etiquette and customer service orientation.
Other activities included Daman's Senior Executives greeting customers in Daman's branches in an effort to get closer to their customers. Moreover, a number of Daman's staff toured various hospitals visiting Daman's members giving them flowers and wishing them a get well soon.
