Dubai, United Arab Emirates: The Luxe Developers, a leading UAE-based real estate development firm, has officially broken ground on La Mazzoni, a AED2.3 billion wellness-integrated luxury development on Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah.

La Mazzoni is The Luxe Developer's second signature project on Al Marjan Island, following the sold-out success of Oceano, which is due for handover in 2026. Spanning a Built-Up Area (BUA) of over 1.5 million square feet, the G+15 development will feature over 300,000 square feet of professionally landscaped gardens, more than 11,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor fitness and wellness facilities, as well as a rooftop infinity pool with panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf and located just minutes from Wynn Al Marjan Island.

Prices for a one-bedroom apartment, which vary in size from 850 sqft to 1,150 sqft, start at AED2 million; two-bedroom 1,200 sqft to 1,600 sqft apartments start at AED3.3 million; and three-bedroom apartments, which range from 1,750 sqft to 3,000 sqft, start at AED5 million.
