Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates: Investcorp Capital plc (“Investcorp Capital” or the “Company”) (ADX: ICAP) announces that Investcorp S.A. has appointed Al Ramz Capital LLC (DFM: ALRAMZ) as liquidity provider in respect of Investcorp Capital’s shares listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), effective June 8, 2026.

The appointment forms part of the transition of the liquidity provision mandate from Investcorp Capital to Investcorp S.A.
