Work Progressing as Planned
To proceed with sales of "Hasabi" Units at the outset of the fourth quarter of this year
Manama – Manara Developments - Managing Director of Manara Developments - the Kingdom’s leading real estate Development Company - Dr. Hasan Al Bastaki announced the progress of the luxurious sea-front “Hasabi” project that is progressing as per the pre-set timeline scheduled for completion on the 4th quarter of 2017, of which soon after will be launched in the market for sale to the public.
Dr. Al Bastaki said that: “All civil and site works total to an approximate amount of USD 21 million, and is progressing according to schedule where the construction of the main water canals – the project’s main landmark feature - and filled with Sea Water”. He further noted that this project witnessed exceptional interest when it was launched at the Gulf Property Show held last April under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa Bin Salman Al Khalifa at the Bahrain International Exhibition Centre.
Dr. Al Bastaki further re-iterated the company’s commitment to using the highest quality design and construction materials in addition to adopting environmentally friendly practices, of which would be consistent with the specific segment that this project was targeted to, in addition to promoting both social and economic sustainability as a motto to urban development nation-wide.
The mix-use “Hasabi” development was designed in line with the most advanced aesthetic and construction design standards. The project homes three and four bedroom residential villas, each with a private jetty, as well as commercial developments for sea view restaurants and coffee shops to serve the daily needs of residents, in addition to beach facilities and residential buildings three and four floors high.
Amongst the main features of the project is the allocation of a 40 thousand square meter island dedicated to the entertainment of the investors and residents that is placed at the center of the project and provides recreation activities for owners and their guests to enjoy the swimming and beach facilities and services provided in addition to the sandy beaches, panoramic pools, a children’s playing area, health club, as well as floating villas offered on a daily and weekly rent basis to serve the guests and visitors of the owners and residents of the project.
Dr. Al Bastaki also further stressed the company’s ambition on developing innovative housing solutions for young families seeking a luxurious living while having access to marine and commercial facilities that provide an integrated and suitable living environment that meets modern requirements of the residents thus playing a vital role in the residential projects sector in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
It is also worth noting that Manara Developments Company has appointed a specialized team of both local and international consultants to evaluate the various aspects of the project and supervise the implementation with the highest degree of efficiency, accuracy, and commitment to the timeline. HAJ, based in the Kingdom of Bahrain, has been appointed as the General Supervisor throughout the development of the project. Al Ansari Engineering Services was also appointed by P&T Architects & Engineers; a Hong Kong based company, to develop the master plan and architectural designs of the buildings and units such as villas, apartments and other components of the project. AECOM was commissioned to conduct hydrodynamic and traffic analysis for the project. Al Hooty Analytical Services also investigated and conducted geotechnical studies for the project. SSH international was appointed to design the infrastructure of the Hasabi Project.
