First Saudi real estate developer named Guinness World Records'

January 12, 2015 - Cayan Group, one of the Middle East's leading real estate developers, has announced that it is developing AED 1.2-billion mega property projects in Dubai, UAE and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia this 2015. In Riyadh, Cayan Group acquired a prime commercial plot along King Fahed Road in Riyadh where a state-of-the-art office building will soon rise.
