BUSINESSONE/STS, through ITSC, participated in CARD EX; Egypt's first Card Technology event, as both exhibitors and guest speakers.
The Middle East & Africa Card Technology Exhibition & Conference (CARD EX, is the first Card Technology event in Egypt. The event's venue was Cairo International Convention Center in the period of 5-7 May, 2003.
Attended by a large number of representatives and exhibitors from banks, governmental institutions, and telecommunications from the Middle East and Africa, CARD EX' main target was Smart cards, ID solutions, and Networks.
BUSINESSONE/STS' participation was two-fold consisting of exhibiting through local partner in Egypt ITSC, and speaking on the Middle East & Africa Card Technology Conference's second day opening session. Mr. Amjad Rahhal - COO, BUSINESSONE, presented on behalf of BUSINESSONE/STS: "EFT Solutions: Maximizing Benefits with eBanking & ePayment."
BUSINESSONE/STS' participation was aimed at awareness building and the promotion of VASCO's latest new Smart Card Hardware token in Egypt. Vasco, is a Belgian e-Security solution provider of Access Authentication and authorization hardware tokens. Being VASCO's Master Distributors in the Middle East, and due to the introduction of Smart Card Technology in Egypt, BUSINESSONE/STS exhibited and spoke in the conference to best promote Vasco's new line of products, and to increase awareness of BUSINESSONE's partnership with VASCO and ITSC.
