Dubai, United Arab Emirates – Bosch has announced the appointment of Arda Arslan as the Regional Director for Automotive Aftermarket at Robert Bosch Turkey, Iran and Middle East.

He brings to his role over 15 years of international industry experience gained in markets including Germany, U.K and Turkey. Commenting on his appointment, Arda Aslan said, “The region’s automotive aftermarket sector is fast evolving with the increased adoption of automated and electric drivetrains. Both the new and used car markets are expected to witness healthy growth with an appetite for the high-quality spare parts and components that Bosch is synonymous with. I look forward to work with the team to ensure that we are able to effectively meet these diverse customer needs.”

Kıvanç Arman, who formerly headed the automotive aftermarket division in the region, has grown into the role of Vice President, Sales for the Thermotechnology Division at Robert Bosch Middle East, Turkey & Caucasia.

Prior to this role, Mr. Arslan was Country Sales Director for the Automotive Aftermarket - Original Equipment Services in Turkey. Further to holding a Master of Science degree in Energy Conversion & Management from the University of Applied Sciences Offenburg, he is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering from Istanbul Technical University.
