Author of Best Selling Retail Success Guide to Share the Secret to Dealing with Difficult Customers at the MECSC Excellence in Customers Service Workshop
Dubai, United Arab Emirates: The Middle East Council of Shopping Centres (MECSC) has announced that Barbara Wold, Author of the best selling, Retail Success Guide will facilitate their popular Customer Service Workshop which will be held 23-24 November, 2008 in Dubai.
Barbara Wold, the internationally known speaker and authority on retail and consumer industries will lead this two day workshop focused on 'Excellence in Customer Service'. The training programme is part of MECSC's ongoing efforts to develop strong professional talent in the region to meet the needs of the growing shopping malls industry.
Wold will illustrate the main ingredients of what makes a good customer service experience using practical examples and case studies.
