Appointment: Yousef Hasan is the new human resources manager of al manshar rotana kuwait

Yousef Hasan has been appointed as the new Human Resources Manager at Al Manshar Rotana Kuwait effective February 2015.

Yousef will oversee the management and non- management hiring process to attract, select and retain a diverse workforce. He will also make sure to utilize selection processes that identify the best candidate for open positions in a cost effective and efficient manner to meet the business needs of the operation.

Yousef has started his career with Egyptian Arab Bank as Human Resources Generalist. In 2009 he joined Jordan Valley Marriott Resort and Spa as Human Resources Officer before becoming HR Training and Supervisor in 2011. His last post before joining Al Manshar Rotana is Regional Head of Training and Recruitment at Capital Bank Group in Amman, Jordan.

Of Jordan nationality, Yousef holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration at Yarmouk University in Irbed Jordan.
