LONDON / RIYADH - Allen & Overy announces that it is entering into an exclusive association in Saudi Arabia with Zeyad S. Khoshaim Law Firm. Zeyad joined Allen & Overy as a partner in August 2010. He is a Saudi Arabian and New York qualified lawyer with a great depth of experience in Saudi Arabian law. Zeyad's office includes a team of veteran Saudi and internationally qualified lawyers that advise on a wide range of practice areas, including debt and equity capital markets, local and cross border M&A, corporate, projects, banking, and Islamic finance transactions, some of whom will be seconded by Allen &Overy.
Allen & Overy will also second banking partner Julian Johansen and corporate partner Johannes Bruski.
