Units' competitive prices, flexible designs, and strategic location attract high levels of investor interest
Al Mazaya Holding Company recently participated in the seventh session of the Gulf Industry Fair, which was held at the Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Centre in the Bahraini Capital, Manama, from the 4th to the 6th of February 2014, and opened by H.R.H Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
The Company's participation aimed at promoting its Industrial Leasing Units within Al Mazaya Logistics Project located in the Bahrain investment Warf. In last October, Al Mazaya Company commenced the construction of a warehouse industrial unit project on its own stretch of land located in the Bahrain Investment Warf, with a total value worth up to BD 7.8 million.
"This partnership is a real activation of the company's activities in the Kingdom of Bahrain, through offering the industrial units of Al Mazaya Logistics Project at a specialized exhibition which attracts a large turnout of industrialists and investors. The units received high levels of interest from audience and investors due to their strategic and vital location," said Eng. Ibrahim Al Saqabi, the CEO of Al Mazaya Holding Company.
"Al Mazaya Logistics Project is one of Al Mazaya Holding Company's latest projects within the Logistics Sector, specifically within the Storage Services Sector, where Al Mazaya develops a piece of land of 27,505 square meters in the Bahrain investment Warf located Al Hadd area near the Bahrain Airport on the highway leading to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with leasing spaces up to 15250 square meters. The Bahrain Investment Warf is an integrated system divided into various sectors aimed at serving industrialists and investors alike", Al Saqabi added.
Al Mazaya Logistics Project is characterized by its competitive prices, flexible designs and varied spaces, which qualifies it to be an ideal location for companies both locally and globally within various sectors and applications, in addition to the high quality infrastructure and 24/7 services offered by Al Mazaya.
Al Saqabi added that Al Mazaya currently has finalized all the designs and permits subject to set it for tendering this month where as it is scheduled to be completed and handed over by the end of November 2014.
It is worth mentioning that this year's exhibition witnessed the participation of more than 15 countries in addition to the host country, Bahrain: namely Australia, Belgium, China, Cyprus, Czech Republic, France, India, Italy, Pakistan, the Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, Sweden, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, and the United States of America.
Moreover, this year's exhibition saw the participation of 120 exhibitors - representing the main industrial sectors of aluminium, industrial minerals (iron and alloys), industrial processes and manufacturing, energy and environmental protection, ports and marine industries, logistics, industrial facilities and free zones, industrial training, security, and industrial safety.
