The giant producer of high quality paints in Middle East and neighboring regions, Al-Jazeera Paints Company, is planning to participate in the first Gulf Fair for Building and Construction as a strategic sponsor for the exhibition which will be inaugurated by and under patronage of HRH Prince Abdullazeez Ben Majed Al Saoud, the prince of Al-Madina Al-Munawara city. The five-day exhibition will be organized by the Chamber of Trade & Industry of Al-Madina Al-Munawara with cooperation of Al-Madina Al-Munawara Governorate and the Commission of Al-Madina Al-Munawara City Development. The exhibition is to take place in Al-Dar Center for Exhibitions & Conferences on the 22nd of November.   

The exhibition which will be held on 6000 sq. m. has a great importance for the economy and investment of Gulf countries as it provides the opportunity to exchange experience as well as to expand the opportunity of investment and business among the participants in the field of building and construction which will eventually boost the building and construction development in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as well as in the neighboring Gulf countries.

Al-Jazeera Paint's general manger, Abdullah Ben Saoud Al Romaih, confirmed that the company's show booth in the fair will be the most distinguished either because of the content of items displayed or because of the creative way of displaying the items. Mr. Al Romaih explained that there will be new Al-Jazeera products to be displayed namely "Jazz Stone", a state-of-art paint applied on exterior surfaces and which resists the harshest weather conditions as it has a hard and firm coat and provides an attractive stone-like texture. Another new product is Al-Jazeera "Floor Tech" which is newest decorative floor paint that not only gives attractive look to the floor but also provides all protective features such as endurance, chemical and abrasion resisting. "Floor Tech" is applied on floor surfaces in airports, hotels, palaces, villas, shopping centers, residential buildings, halls and exhibition centers. Al Jazeera's show booth, according to Mr Al Romaih, will also include different decorative products which have been introduced to the market during the few past years such as "Al-Jazeera Ebdaa", "Al-Jazeera Goldy", "Al-Jazeera Khayal", "Al-Jazeera Velvet", "Al-Jazeera Chamois" and different paints for children bedrooms all of which are of high technology to reflect elegance and modernity that are in harmony with innovative designs and decorative works. Also, Al-Jazeera Paints is going to display the environment friendly and responsible paints in the fair along with anti-graffiti paints, fire resistant paints and "Al-Jazeera Linetex" for exterior surfaces.

During the inauguration ceremonies, Al-Jazeera Paints is to deliver a speech about the company's most important achievements during the 30 years development journey, the most important of which is receiving the Green Seal certificate for green and sustainable buildings which make Al-Jazeera Paints Company the first company to receive such certificate outside United States of America, a certificate which issued in the light of requirements of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED). The speech will also shed the light on another recognized achievement of being the first company in Asia and Africa to receive the UL certificate for its fire proof paints with Intumescent technology. The company, which succeeded in increasing its yearly production capacity from only 4 thousand tons in the mid of 1993 to 200 thousand tons, will brief the audience during the speech about the public and private construction projects that it had supplied products with among of which health, education , universities, shopping centers and hospitality facilities.  

It is worth to mention here that Al-Jazeera Paints had participated in April this year in the International Fair for Décor and Building Finishing Works in Al-Riyadh as well as in the Second Saudi International Fair for Furniture & Décor in Jeddah in July.
