RABAT - Morocco's CFG bank said on Tuesday it is seeking shareholder approval to launch an initial public offering on the Casablanca stock exchange.
The bank's shareholders will discuss going public at a meeting on Nov. 16, CFG bank said on its website.
The last IPO on the Casablanca exchange was in December 2022.
