TUNIS - Constitutional Democratic Rally (RCD) Secretary-General Mohamed Ghariani received, on Wednesday, Libya's high representative in Tunis, Mr. Ahmed el Mokhtar Ennagassa, who came to take leave at the end of his mission in Tunisia.

The meeting was an occasion to point up the solid fraternal relations binding Tunisia and Libya and the opportunities available for further developing and diversifying them, and for hoisting partnership and complementarity between the two countries to the level of political will guiding the two countries' leaders, President Zine el Abidine Ben Ali and his Brother, Leader Mouammar Kadhafi, in service of the two brotherly peoples' interests.

RCD secretary-general laid emphasis on the good relations tying the Rally, the General People's Congress and the Revolutionary Committees Movement, reasserting will to further consolidate them, in materialisation of mutual objectives.

The Libyan diplomat voiced pride at having served in Tunisia, and consideration for the Tunisian officials' support during his term of service, and commended the remarkable successes and achievements recorded by Tunisia under President Zine el Abidine Ben Ali's clearsighted leadership.
