Cairo for Investment and Real Estate Development (CIRA) recorded a consolidated net profit attributable to the parent company with a 7.68% year-on-year (YoY) increase for the three-month period ended November 30th, 2022, according to a statement filed to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Wednesday.

The company’s consolidated profit after tax rose to EGP 107.241 million for the three-month period ended November 30th 2022, from EGP 99.584 million a year earlier.

On the other hand, CIRA reported a standalone net loss after tax of EGP 43.058 million for the three-month period ended November 30th 2022, from EGP 1.159 million in the year-ago period.

CIRA is an Egypt-based company, operating in the investment field across diversified sectors, including education, construction and real estate, health care, information technology, and support services.
