AMMAN — Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Maj. Gen. Yousef Huneiti and Commander-in-Chief of the Bahrain Defence Force Field Marshal Sheikh Khalifa Bin Ahmed Al Khalifa on Sunday went over means to enhance cooperation and coordination in the military fields in a way that serves the best interest of two kingdoms’ armed forces.

During the meeting, Sheikh Khalifa handed over the Bahraini Medal of the First Order that was bestowed upon Huneiti by King Hamad Bin Issa Al Khalifa. Sheikh Khalifa also conveyed King Hamad’s greetings to His Majesty King Abdullah and the Jordanian people, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported on Monday.

The Bahraini commander-in-chief also stressed the “deep-rooted” ties between the two countries.
