The long hot summer in the UAE just became a laughing matter: When it’s too hot to do anything outside, head indoors for a comedy show by one of entertainment’s first families: the Wayans brothers.
Shawn and Marlon Wayans will do a stand-up show at Dubai World Trade Centre on June 21, organised by Yak Events -- the same folks who brought Eddie Griffin to town earlier this month.
The Wayans brothers starred in the TV series ‘In Living Color’, created by their brothers, Keenen and Damon Wayans before their own show, ‘The Wayans Bros’ and the hit ‘Scary Movie franchise, ‘Little Man’ and ‘White Chicks’. Tickets from Dh290; call 04-3237445.
