Romania sold a planned 1.1 billion lei ($339.16 million) in one-year treasury bills due to mature in December 2014 on Monday, with the average accepted yield at 2.90 percent.

Romanian state-owned power grid operator Transelectrica

ROTEL.BX set a 6.1 percent yield per year for the five-year bond issue worth 200 million lei it launched last week, the company said in statement on Monday. The issue ends on Dec. 18.

FONDUL PROPRIETATEA

Romanian's Fondul Proprietatea FP.BX , managed by Franklin Templeton, holds extraordinary general shareholders meeting on Feb. 3, 2014, it said in a statement.

Shareholders are expected to vote on a proposal to decrease the subscribed share capital of the fund.
