Dubai - Tameer Investment Holding recently announced the commencement of soil consolidation works for the world's tallest residential tower, the Princess Tower in Dubai Marine. Located opposite the Dubai Media City, the Princess Tower consists of one hundred levels with the best facilities and services within the residential sector.
"Zeetas Company has been assigned to undertake the soil consolidation works, which is expected to reach a depth of 22 meters under ground. This phase is projected to be complete by January 2006, at a cost of AED seven million approximately," said Omar Ayesh, CEO of Tameer Investment Holding.
"With increasing competition and the presence of international players in the region's property sector, several factors must be considered for the success of any project. Amongst these differentiating features, the location of the project is of very high significance for the success of the project.
