Leading real estate development company, Bloom Holding, has announced the appointment of Carlos Wakim as its new chief executive officer.
He brings over two decades of rich, regional experience in strategic leadership and real estate development, which will support Bloom Holdings future growth and long-term vision to be an active contributor to the real estate sector by delivering superior living experiences and services, said the company in a statement.
In his new role, Wakim will manage the operations across all Bloom Holding companies and divisions, which include sectors such as the property, education, hospitality and lease and facilities management services.
Welcoming him into the fold, Group CEO of National Holding Najib Fayyad said: "Our core sectors of real estate, education and hospitality offer tremendous potential, and Wakims wealth of knowledge and expertise will support Bloom Holdings strategic mandate to develop integrated real estate solutions that meet the needs of the UAE community."

An industry veteran, Wakim had held a number of senior leadership roles in the real estate industry over the past 20 years, he has also enjoyed a proven development track record in some of the leading real estate companies across the region.
