Jeddah, Sept. 10, Arab league assistant Secretary General Mohammed Alkhimlaishi has lauded the efforts exerted by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in support of islamic information march and its pioneering role in supporting the activities of the oic.
In a statement to the Saudi press agency to mark the senior officials preparatory meetings for the islamic information ministers scheduled for Jeddah on Wednesday, Alkhimlaishi said Saudi Arabia provides financial and moral support for OIC, noting that an elite of experts are scheduled to take part in Wednesday's meeting.
On his part, Yemen's undersecretary of the Ministry of Information Hussein Omer Basaleem, who led his country's delegation to the meeting, said the conference has taken decisive decisions including the revision of previous resolutions taken by the organization but proved inconvenient.
He said an Ad HOC committee has been formed to revise and follow-up the implementation of such decisions.
