RIYADH: Prince Sultan bin Salman, president of the Saudi Commission for Tourism and Antiquities (SCTA), has approved the opening of a tourism and antiquities office in Wadi Al-Dawasir.
Prince Sultan said Wadi Al-Dawasir, which is situated in a unique geographical location at the edge of the Empty Quarter, is an important region with much tourism potential. He added that it is located on an international road used by holidaymakers from across the Kingdom and other member states of the Gulf Cooperation Council.
