Tawuniya will pay a total of SAR 100 million, which represents 8% of the capital, according to a disclosure to Tadawul on Tuesday.
The number of shares eligible for distribution meanwhile totals 125 million.
Tawuniya will disclose the distribution date once the general assembly approves the board’s recommendation.
The company’s net profits before Zakat increased 27.92% on an annual basis to SAR 514.459 million in 2020.
