JEDDAH - Burj Rafal Community, the tallest residential tower in Riyadh, is scheduled to open in June 2013, Majed Al-Hogail, CEO, Rafal Real Estate Development Co, said at a press conference in Riyadh early this week.
He said " the glorious vertical residential self-sustained community will be a landmark of 308m on 70 floors constructed on an exclusive 20,000sqm plot in Assahafa District in the north of Riyadh along King Fahd Highway, close to King Abdullah Financial District - an area that's set to become the golden mile of Riyadh.
The community will be equipped with fully integrated systems using world-class construction company - DCC and hosting Kempinski - one of the most renowned luxurious European hotel in the world and Luxury spa and wellness center operated by Resense - a renowned European brand and 440 unique residential apartments in a compound-style living on 39 floors. And foremost, there'll be a boulevard of selected boutique-style outlets, extending an elegant lifestyle and serenity to this unique community."
He added: "We have earned 17 international, regional, local awards and appreciations and world-class consultants with rich specialized expertise.
