MUSCAT -- Winner of three Mazda global awards for customer service, Towell Auto Centre (TAC) has always been known to go that extra mile in ensuring that their employees provide their customers with a world class customer service experience. "In taking this effort further, TAC has taken the initiative to organise a two day in-house training programme for their front end staff.
The training was conducted by globally renowned communication guru Leslie Choudhury of Marcus Evans, who has recently been voted number 6 communication guru in the world, by Global Gurus International. During the course of the programme Leslie trained several staff belonging to various departments such as sales, service, CRM, administration, etc at TAC. Leslie is an accredited trainer with the American Institute of Business Psychology, and has used his extensive training to give power to participants across the globe.
Given his extensive and diverse experience, Leslie has built and delivered proven content delivery methods in the areas of communication skills, sales, customer service, leadership, people management etc. Speaking at the training programme, Leslie Choudhury, Affiliate Trainer, Marcus Evans says: "It is of immense pride that TAC has chosen Marcus Evans as their partner in helping train and develop their employees.
