CAIRO (Dow Jones)-Seven Egyptian banks will give a 1.6 billion Egyptian pounds ($292.1 million) loan to Saudi Al-Hokair group, Egyptian daily Al-Alam Al-Youm reports Monday.
Of the total, the Commercial International Bank, or CIB, contributed with EGP659 million and the Egyptian Bank for Export Development and Banque Du Caire each contributed with EGP250 million, the paper reports.
The paper also said the share of Egyptian Arab Land Bank was EGP200 million, while the Housing and Development bank gave EGP125 million.
Bank of Alexandria and the Arab Investment Bank each contributed with EGP95 million and EGP35 million respectively, the paper adds.
