The Saudi Marketing Company Ltd. Lebanon Branch, (Aswad Group) is bringing to Lebanon the first “Real Mall Concept” with a new project Beirut Mall, the company said in a press release Tuesday.

“Replacing the old Ghandour factory, Shiyah, off Tayyouneh roundabout, Beirut Mall promises to be the most prestigious shopping/entertainment mall, offering its visitors an affordable day of fun and shopping experience,” it said.

With over 50,000 square meters of space, Beirut Mall will be a fully air-conditioned shopping area. The project’s main investor, The Saudi Marketing Company Ltd., confirmed that 8,000 square meters have been reserved for the giant hypermarket, FARM superstores, and Cinnzeo.

FARM superstore, with over 18 operating branches in Saudi Arabia, will bring to Lebanon a one of a kind shopping experience, introducing more than 45,000 items of consumer goods and products, said engineer Zaher Shatila, the project manager, according to the press release.

In addition to the FARM superstore, Beirut Mall will offer the whole family a one-stop shop for all needs, from home goods and furniture to clothing and entertainment, as well as a food court with a variety of restaurants and children’s entertainment. The facility will also feature multi-purpose halls for weddings and private functions at affordable prices.

The mall will offer three underground parking floors, with space for over 650 cars.

The Saudi Marketing Company Ltd. has contracted with the best in the industry to deliver this unique and modern concept of Beirut Mall.

Design office M/S A-Consult, architect Dolly Debs Braidi, and Societe Mouawad-Edde, Construction Managers, is characterizing Beirut Mall as a state-of-the-art in modern construction and design offering the highest quality standards in material and spatial interior, the press release said.

With only 40 percent exploitation of the land, Beirut Mall will be surrounded by landscaping.
