Sakook Investment & Real Estate Development Co. has signed a service contract for its Al Nouras real estate project in Jizan Region. The owner and president of Sakook, Al Shaikh Mohammed Al Bakri said that the cost of the contract is more than SR 49 million. This high coast, he said, is due to the fact that it is a massive and huge project spread over a tremendous area measuring more than 4 million sq. meters. The contract includes asphalt work on the project land, electric power connection, water connection and all the other services of basic infra-structure, for about 2151 individual plots of land, out of which 1721 are residential plots and 430 commercial units. Al Bakri said that the company handling the contract would start operations immediately in the month of Shawwal next, and would complete the works during the next 5 months. Al Bakri expected the sales of the project to reach SR 205 million.
