Shoaib Sarwar of Rapco-Konkan CC and Kashif Butt and Zaheer of Tiger CC hit half centuries to put their teams on the winning list in the 5th Dulsco Ramadan Floodlit Cricket Tournament.
Rapco-Konkan beat Players XI by five wickets while the Tigers defeated K & S Academy by 44 runs.
Tiger CC posted 213 runs in their allotted 25 overs after Kashif Butt 70, Zaheer 51, slammed half centuries.
In reply, K & S Academy fought bravely without being bowled out against a quality bowling attack and scored 169 runs for 7 wickets in 25 overs. Sumith 45 and Nadeem 33 top scored.
In another match Rapco Konkan CC played extremely well for their five-wicket win over Players CC.
Rapco, who need one more win to qualify for the knockout stage of the tournament, restricted Players XI to a total of 139 runs. Replying Rapco made a bad start losing both openers cheaply. But Shoaib Sarwar hit a disciplined 50 to put them on the road to victory.
