BAGHDAD: Sadrist affiliate Ahrar Bloc MP Abdul Aziz al-Dhalimi threatened today that Sadrist forces will fight against USA and Da'ish forces.

The Sadrist threats, which continued since US occupation of Iraq in 2003, were voiced through yesterday's demonstration denouncing any US military intervention in the country.

He added that the demonstration was a message to those who want to "enter into Iraqi territories".

Thousands of Sadrist leader Muqtada al-Sadr's followers demonstrated yesterday in mid of Baghdad in protest of what they called "the US military intervention", calling the Iraqi government to reject such presence on Iraqi soil.
