Moreover, The Ritz-Carlton's expert culinary team has also created sumptuous and seasonal winter dishes for brunch at Al Orjouan Restaurant on Dec. 31, from 12:30 p.m. till 4:30 p.m. Among the menu additions are a selection of oriental delicacies including mezze, a salad buffet and a chilled seafood display with Omani lobster tail, tiger prawns, crab, and New Zealand green shell mussels.
