RAS AL KHAIMAH, 17th February, 2014 (WAM) -- H.H. Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras al-Khaimah offered today condolences at the residence of Brigadier General Emran Solaiman Salem Al Shemaili, Commander of the RAK Government Local Guard on the death of his wife.
