Abu Dhabi, 2 Oct. 05 (WAM) - Ras Al Khaimah Ceramaics has joined handswith an Italian company to form a joint venture company, Chemica, whichwill specialise in production, marketing and distribution of chemicalsused in ceramic production.

RAK Ceramics has informed Abu Dhabi Securities Market (ADSM) of thejoint venture formation.

The venture is owned 55% by RAK Ceramics and 45% by Smal Tu Chemicaof Italy.
