DOHA: Vodafone Qatar's Red customers can now Reload Vodafone products via its website at www.vodafone.com.qa/reload, both on computers and handsets.
Customers can reload Flexi on Red denominations from Flexi 35 to Flexi 550, as well as the new Mobile Internet on Red bundle.
"Our customers have been asking for Red Reload online, and we're excited to bring it to life on both handsets and computers. From wherever you are, you can now reload your plan any time without a scratch card," said Geoff Engel, Vodafone Qatar's Head of Online Sales & Service.
Red Reload is very simple and is completed with just a few clicks. The customer will need to purchase with a credit card, and they can reload any Vodafone phone number, not just their own. Once all the information is entered and the payment is taken, the credit is immediately applied to the number and an email confirmation is sent if requested.
The customer will also get an SMS confirmation of the reload.
