The OTE Group and Hyundai Motors recently conducted a National Service Advisor Skill Contest in Muscat, as part of an initiative to recognise and enhance the service advisors' confidence to provide quality customer care. Over 30 service advisors from various OTE - Hyundai service centres from across Oman participated in the contest.
As part of the contest, a customer care process - product and technical knowledge, features and specifications training - were given to all service advisors, followed by a test and role play.
To motivate the service advisors, awards and merit certificates were handed over to the top performers by Justin Lee, deputy general manager, Hyundai Motor Company, Middle East regional headquarters, in the presence of Ajay Chopra, managing director, OTE Group and Dileep Kaul, general manager, OTE service.
The winner of the National Service Advisor Skill Contest will also represent OTE Group in the first 'Hyundai Global Service Advisor Competition' to be held in South Korea in November.
