MUSCAT -- In line with the annual celebration of International Women's Day (IWD) on March 8, Omanexpo is organising Women Expo 2007 at the Oman International Exhibition Centre during December 9 - 14. "One of the main objectives of the IWD is to inspire women worldwide to achieve their full potential, and this is something that we also hope to accomplish with the holding of an exhibition for women every year," said C J Paul, general manager of Omanexpo LLC.
The exhibition will also pay tribute to all women in Oman as they continue to make a difference in the country's social and economic development. According to Paul, the exhibition will not only feature beauty products and the latest fashion but also focus on women's health and career opportunities. Besides, it will highlight the importance of proper child care, the latest trends in home improvement and other matters of particular interest to women.
