TEHRAN - Fully automatic car wash machine "Auto Jet" is a turning point in the traditional car wash system in Iran, noted Afshin Kalishadi chairman of the Christ Company Representative Office in Iran.
The machine is fully automatic which in its pre-wash cycle uses active foam that softens coarse grimes and sets the foundation for the oncoming gentle main wash. After the thorough wash, the machine sprays a long-lasting wax core on the car which increases the gloss effect for the paint finish, he said in a fax released by the company.
Being the product of the world's second manufacturer of automatic car wash machines, Germany's Christ representative office in Iran has ordered a number of the sets, they are capable of being installed at the authorized repair shops of the car producer companies, gas stations as well as at the large repair shops across the country, the report quoted Kalishadi as saying. Referring to the after-sales services of the machines he asserted that, as the sole representative of Christ Company, "we offer our customers in Iran a broad range of services for the product including their imports, customs procedures, installation, spare parts, guarantee related affairs and training."
Kalishadi further explained that the machines are designed in 12 different models and sizes and could be used for washing small vehicles, buses, trucks and trains. He added, "The finished prices range from 500 million rials to 5 billion rials.
In addition to manufacturing fully automatic car wash machines, the Christ Company also offers a water refining option that enables the machine to recycle up to 85 percent of its used water. Therefore, for the washing operation, it requires only 15 percent of the total water needed for its washing procedure.
The car wash machine could be installed even in a space as small as 10 meters in length and 4.5 meters in width however, aluminum and glass compartments have also been devised for the machines, he pointed out.
