BEIRUT (Zawya Dow Jones)--Morocco's Douja Promotion Groupe Addoha plans to raise its capital by 2.2 billion Moroccan dirhams ($270 million) via a rights issue, London-based Al Hayat daily reported Saturday.
The real estate firm will make the proposal at a shareholders meeting soon, the report said.
The capital increase will be used to fund several tourism and residential projects, Al Hayat added.
