MONASTIR, May 9, 2011 (TAP) - A partnership convention between the Monastir Regional Industry, Trade and Handicrafts Union (URICA) and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Vendée, in the French region of Pays de la Loire, will be signed next September in Nantes, France, Deputy Chairman of the Midlands Commerce and Industry Chamber Habib Harzallah announced.
A meeting was held on Saturday at URICA premises in Monastir, in the presence of a delegation of 25 businessmen from the Vendée Chamber of Commerce and Industry, including Mr. Joseph Moreau, a French investor in the clothing industry settled for more than 20 years in Menzel Nour, Governorate of Monastir.
A presentation on investment opportunities in the region of Monastir was made, placing emphasis on the Monastir-El Fejja-Manouba competitiveness pole.
